Frequently Asked Questions
Do you hold any professional qualifications or accreditations?
- Yes. I hold a BSc (Hons) Psychology and am an accredited life coach with a diploma in life coaching. Additionally, I hold a diploma in cognitive behavioural therapy. I am also fully insured for public liability.

Do you offer reduced fees for those on low incomes?
- Yes. I have a small number of subsidised sessions available for those in financial need. Please contact me to discuss further.

How often and how long are sessions?
- You can choose to have weekly sessions, or fortnightly, or we can discuss other options. You also have the choice between 1 hour, and 90 minute sessions. Most opt for 1 hour sessions, but the longer sessions allow for more in-depth discussion. You can pay for sessions one-by-one, or purchase a package of 6 or 10 sessions at a discounted rate. In addition, I offer bespoke mega-sessions where we work together for half, or a full day to kick start your changes.

Do you offer a refund for any unused sessions?
- Absolutely! If you opt for a block of sessions, and then wish to cancel, you will be refunded for any remaining sessions.

Can you give me one-off advice?
- It's important to know that I do not advise. I work with you on a tailor-made-to-you plan, to explore solutions and ideas to move past your obstacles, to inspire and motivate you, develop and meet personal and professional goals, and to help you gain clarity, resilience, confidence, and change.

Can I talk to you first before we start?
- Yes, absolutely! When you send me an enquiry through my contact form, I will contact you to find out more and to make sure you're happy to go ahead. I'm also happy to speak on the phone or via zoom for a 15 minute chat beforehand.
